This is a project that I did in my Graphic Design Studio II class. For this project, our primary focus was to create an experience that is centered around a particular user AKA User Experience Design (UXD). The project started off with us deciding on an event to create. This event had to be based on an event that already exists, like a music Festival, but should not be a direct replica of one. For example, if a music festival was chosen as the event, but not Coachella. The content had to be unique to our event. With that being said I choose to create a tech event titled, “Tech of Tomorrow, Today”. After an event was chosen, we developed a User Persona of our ideal event attendee. I came up with Rebecca Bloom, who is a 25 year-old college graduate from the California Institute of Technology. And while in college she interned for Intel then got a job as a robotistic engineer and later developed her own tech company (like Apple, Samsung, etc) in a utopian future. Followed by developing a landing page for the event. The landing page included all relevant event information (like date, time, location, etc.) and addresses any concerns of our user. I imagined that with android technology becoming more and more sustainable she and her team delivered an event that introduced cost efficient, environmentally friendly, and three laws safe androids that could help not only her family, but other families like hers all around the world. In addition to the earth's rising water crisis she and her team even introduced autonomous flying cars for everyday people to afford. As well as, me developing onto that specific landing page the following semester and creating a more expanded website. Although, I expanded onto this website and it being more of a design based website certain features such as, actually adding products to the cart and buying them aren’t present.
